Positive: The kitchen was nice and it was a quiet neighbourhood
Negative: The bathroom was not clean. The yard was full of weeds, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable and it was very difficult to get access information to enter the property as there was a lack of communication. Its quite close to the highway and there are not very good amenities near by. There was no beach access close by

Negative: Property had not been maintained on the outside, which was one of the reasons we booked. Fence was broken , grass overgrown, rubbish across backyard blown in from the waterway next-door.

Negative: The stay was great overall. However, after checking out, I received a message accusing me of damaging an elephant statue, which was not true. Fortunately, I found a photo I had taken upon arrival that clearly showed the statue was already damaged. Despite this, they withheld part of my security deposit. They charged me $50 for this cheap elephant statue seemed excessive. I raised a complaint, but they never responded. Another negative experience was that the heating system was disabled upon arrival. The room temperature was only 9°C, making the house freezing cold. It took an entire day before the temperature became comfortable. I strongly recommend taking photos of all items, including furniture, appliances, and decorations, as they do not seem honest or trustworthy.
